Sarah is honoured to be part of the team at Limpsfield Fitness!
Sarah has worked in fitness since 2008, mostly teaching Group Exercise classes at many different gyms and clubs in the UK and USA. Her favourite classes to teach are Les Mills Body Combat (a high intensity mixed martial arts class) and Les Mills Body Balance (a choreographed blend of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi). Opposite ends of the fitness spectrum but she loves them both!
Sarah has added 1-2-1 personal training, small groups and circuits training to her repertoire since gaining her Level 3 Personal Training qualification in 2020.
Sarah loves helping clients of all ages and ability to improve different aspects of their fitness and wellbeing; cardiovascular endurance, strength training, functional training, to increase flexibility and improve body composition. She will work with you to help you reach YOUR individual goals.
And…kettlebells are her favourite piece of kit as they are so versatile and easy to use!
