I have been a full-time Personal Trainer and group exercise instructor since 2011, running a busy timetable of various classes such as bootcamp, spinning, Fitness Pilates and RockFit. Alongside that, I am a Level 4 qualified Personal Trainer (specialist qualification: Exercise & Nutrition Interventions for Obesity & Diabetes) and I train with a wide variety of clients to assist them with their fitness goals such as weight-loss, increased strength, pre & post-natal exercise, rehabilitation or just a general increase in fitness levels.
