Fitness and wellbeing
Fitness and wellbeing is something I’ve always felt passionate about. Before children, I played football for over 15 years for teams such as Chelsea Ladies FC and Crystal Palace Ladies FC. I have learnt some great life skills through football, one of which is how to look after your body and the importance of keeping fit physically and mentally. A UEFA B football coach and personal trainer I enjoy working with groups and also on a 1-2-1 basis.
I’ve been running weekly boot camps and working as a PT for over two years now following a career at Lloyd’s of London of 13 years. Now, a mum of 2 young girls and a teenage stepson life is busy, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
