I am honoured to be joining the team at Limpsfield Fitness!
I have worked in the fitness industry since 2008, teaching Group Exercise classes at many different gyms and clubs in the UK and USA. My favourite classes to teach are Les Mills Body Combat (a high intensity mixed martial arts class) and Les Mills Body Balance (a choreographed blend of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi).
In the last year, I have added 1-2-1, small groups and circuits training to my repertoire and am in the final stages of gaining my Level 3 Qualification (due for completion in October 2020)
I love helping clients of any age and ability to improve different aspects of their fitness and wellbeing; cardio endurance, strength training, functional training, increase flexibility and improving confidence.
And…Kettlebells are my favourite piece of kit!!
