Having practiced Yoga for 15 years and it being an integral part of her life, Sam wanted to share the benefits of the practice with others and took her 200 hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training in 2017.

Having honed her approach in India, Sam believes Yoga is beneficial for everyone. Yoga is not about being ‘bendy’, it is about finding focus, taking the awareness inwards, finding that mind/body connection and exploring your limitations without judgement.

Sam focuses on encouraging people to move, develop strength, improve mobility, release tension (physical and emotional), recognise what they can achieve and enjoy themselves in the process.

Sam’s classes are fun, challenging and inclusive for all levels and abilities. The class always ends in Savasana with a guided meditation, which is most peoples favourite pose and the reason non-yogis think Yoga is easy! It is your time to relax and just be.
