Fitness and wellbeing is something I’ve always felt passionate about. Before children, I played football for over 15 years for teams such as Chelsea Ladies FC and Crystal Palace Ladies FC. I have learnt some great life skills through football, one of which is how to look after your body and the importance of keeping fit physically and mentally. A UEFA B football coach and personal trainer I enjoy working with groups and also on a 1-2-1 basis.

Cherry specialises in assessing, treating and rehabilitating musculosketal injuries. Cherry has worked with a variety of athletes and clubs, as well as tending to the aches and pains of 'weekend warriors' and non-sportspeople alike; she currently leads the medical team of a National 2 rugby club.

I am delighted to be joining Jon and his team at Limpsfield Fitness. I shall be offering Personal training sessions on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. I shall be running Pilates classes for all abilities, Pilates for runners and athletes, Flexibility and Myofascial release sessions and will be starting a running group from September.
