Reflexology is a gentle, non - invasive complementary health therapy based on the theory that different points of the feet, hands, face or ears correspond to different points of the body. Reflexologists believe that working these areas can help to relax and ease tension in the body. Deep relaxation and a reduction in stress can bring about an improved sense of wellbeing, allowing the body to heal itself. It is great for all ages.
Some of the benefits of Reflexology are:
- Improved sleep
- Mood improvement and
- increased energy levels
- Release of tension and toxins in the body
